 The Bouncy Horse was in the bedroom or living room of every kid that ever wanted to be a cowboy or indian or own a pony. Often times it was one of our first experiences with the hard-knock life, when we would inevitably get it to bouncing so hard that we would spring off and “bonk our heads” or break a bone or some other equally painful thing.
Of course it wouldn’t be long before we remounted our steed, unphased. That is unless after our epic fall, our parents would retire the Bouncy Horse to Grandma’s house, or worse, the closet. Usually they would use the excuse that we were too big for it or we hurt ourselves on it too often, when in actuality, the real reason was more sinister – they got rid of our Bouncy Horses because the springs made that awful squeaking noise.D would use his as a 'car'...he would get his toy tools out and lay down under it, imitating Don working on the golf cart or tractor.. when he wasnt' pretending it was a bucking horse and riding it so hard he'd flip it.. |

With the lid on tight. I guess I was hanging around with Republicans.  I don't remember that chant! I still have some vintage "In Your Heart You Know He's Right" 8x10 signs. The Johnson people responded with "In Your Guts You Know He's Nuts" signs. I found a vintage bumper sticker with that copy on ebay a few years back, and just had to get it. I framed it next to an AP wire photo of a 1965 LBJ pointing to his appendix scar. The ensemble gets laughs from my visitors. |

I will look for pics of it. |

The men/women in North America driving Japanese crap, I think that they are traitors!

Merci Acadian, that is funny! It seems that such russian cars will be made in the USA, maybe soon?
Now a famous European car sold in North America, I remember the other side of the street nieghbour who had started to sell them, but they stopped on the road because these cars had a clothline wire!
And that wire was not meant for you to add your clothes to be heated up, dried or baked by the car's engine!
Many purchasers of foreign cars still are dumb or ignorants, even of Japanese crap passed as better than American made cars!! Even if you tell them of the danger, they ignore you, ... so criminal minded they are?
