identity politics by its very nature is racist, or sexist, exclusionary. the fact that identity politics is chiefly practiced by the Leftists in the Democratic party who frequently call their opponents "racist" or "sexist" doesn't obviate the fact that the very nature of their Leftist movement is exclusionary.

I would point out that the first political movement in history to successfully practice exclusionary identity politics was the Nazi party in Germany. The Naziism was a German ethnic identity political movement.

Absolutely. It limits people based on demographics. It targets certain demographics groups for certain treatment, but does not treat others the same.
